Right away. Here’s the flow you can expect:
Order confirmation: Immediately after checkout, you’ll see the confirmation screen and receive a receipt email.
Account setup: We will create a Woocommerce account automatically when you purchase. You will receive an email with your username and a link to create a password to access your account.
Skool invite: An invitation email to join Beyond the Bag (course) and the Community will be sent to the email used during Checkout.
Accept & sign in: Click the invite link, sign in (or create a Skool login), and you’ll see the course in your Classroom and the Community Hub available.

We offer a 30-day conditional guarantee for the Beyond the Bag course. This means you may request a refund if the following conditions are met:
Your request is made within 30 days of purchase.
You’ve completed less than 25% of the course content.
This is your first refund request for any of our products.
You can show a good faith effort to apply what you’ve learned so far.
If your request falls outside these conditions (for example, more than 30 days have passed, you’ve completed over 25% of the content, or you’ve previously received a refund for another product), your purchase will not be eligible.

We’ll review your request within 5 business days and let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
