REFUND POLICY – 30-DAY CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE

 

This refund policy is provided pursuant to NY Gen. Bus. Law § 218-a.

 

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

• Request made within 30 days of purchase  

• Less than 25% of course content accessed  

• First refund request for any of our products  

• Demonstrated good faith effort to apply course material

 

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

• Request made after 30 days from purchase  

• More than 25% of content completed  

• Previous refund already granted

 

TO REQUEST A REFUND:

Email support@wlmmanagement.com with your name, purchase email, and date of purchase. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
