TERMS OF SERVICE & MEMBER AGREEMENT

WELCOME TO BTB MASTER YOUR MONEY

By purchasing access to and participating in the BTB Master Your Money Course (“Course”) through the Skool platform, you (“Member,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). This is a legally binding agreement between you and Richburg Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

IMPORTANT: BY CLICKING “I AGREE,” PURCHASING THE COURSE, OR ACCESSING ANY COURSE CONTENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1.1 Ownership

All Course content, including but not limited to:

  • Video lessons and recordings
  • Written materials, workbooks, and PDFs
  • Templates, spreadsheets, and tools
  • Course curriculum and structure
  • Branding, logos, and trade names
  • Community posts by instructors

…is the exclusive property of Richburg Enterprises LLC and Michelle Richburg, protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 Limited License

Upon payment in full, you receive a LIMITED, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to:

  • Access Course content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Download designated materials for personal reference
  • Participate in the Course community

1.3 Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer your login credentials
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Course materials
  • Record, screenshot, or screen-capture video content
  • Create derivative works based on Course content
  • Resell or commercially exploit Course access or materials
  • Share Course content in any public or private forums, groups, or platforms
  • Use Course content to create competing products or services
  • Remove or alter any watermarks, copyright notices, or identifying information

VIOLATION OF THESE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ACCESS WITHOUT REFUND AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

2. COURSE ACCESS & PARTICIPATION

2.1 Access Grant

  • Access begins upon successful payment processing
  • Course access is for the individual purchaser only
  • Access duration: Lifetime access to core content, subject to platform availability
  • Community access: Active while adhering to community guidelines

2.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining compatible devices and internet connection
  • Keeping login credentials secure and confidential
  • Regularly updating your contact information

2.3 Course Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or enhance Course content
  • Change the Course structure or delivery schedule
  • Modify platform or technical specifications
  • Add or remove bonus materials

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Fees

  • Course fee is as advertised at time of purchase
  • All prices in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full to maintain access

3.2 Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase if less than 25% of Course content has been accessed
  • No refunds after 30 days or if more than 25% of content accessed
  • Refund requests must be submitted to: support@richburgenterprisesllc.com
  • Refunds processed within 10-14 business days

3.3 Payment Failures

  • Failed payment plan payments may result in access suspension
  • Late fees may apply as specified at purchase
  • Access restored upon payment resolution

4. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & CONDUCT

4.1 Expected Behavior

Members agree to:

  • Maintain professional, respectful communication
  • Protect the privacy of other members
  • Provide constructive feedback and support
  • Honor the confidential nature of shared experiences

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in immediate removal:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Spam, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion
  • Sharing false or misleading information
  • Violating any member’s privacy
  • Disrupting Course activities or community

4.3 Content Submission

By posting in the community, you:

  • Grant us a license to use your contributions for Course purposes
  • Warrant that your content doesn’t violate any third-party rights
  • Agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your content

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

5.1 Educational Purpose

  • Course provides financial education, NOT personal financial advice
  • No guarantee of specific financial results or outcomes
  • You are responsible for your own financial decisions
  • Consult qualified professionals for personalized advice

5.2 No Warranties

THE COURSE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, completeness, or currency of information
  • Uninterrupted or error-free access
  • Results or outcomes from Course participation

5.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for lost profits, data, or opportunities
  • These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory

6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

6.1 Information Collection

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Registration and payment information
  • Course progress and engagement data
  • Community participation data
  • Communications with support

6.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent risks of online data transmission.

6.3 Marketing Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive Course-related communications. You may opt out of promotional emails but will continue receiving essential Course communications.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except for intellectual property claims which may be brought in court.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Company.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 Termination by You

You may discontinue Course participation at any time, subject to refund policy terms.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your access immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Failure to complete payment obligations
  • Conduct harmful to other members or the Course

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Access to Course materials ceases immediately
  • No refunds for Terms violations
  • Obligations regarding intellectual property survive

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Richburg Enterprises LLC regarding the Course.

9.2 Modifications

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued Course access constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

9.3 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

9.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your Course access or rights. We may assign our rights and obligations.

9.5 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)

10.1 Copyright Infringement Reporting

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY PURCHASING OR ACCESSING THE BTB MASTER YOUR MONEY COURSE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  1. You have read and understood these Terms
  2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
  3. You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  4. You understand the intellectual property restrictions
  5. You accept the refund policy as stated
  6. You will comply with all Course rules and guidelines
